(I however remain the creator and author of the item)

- Whilst working on your website, I will have access to your personal identifiable information. 
Which remains confidential in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 unless required to do so 
by law. 

- I will NOT be liable for any loss of data on your site, it is your duty to backup and change any 
necessary password details, once work is complete.

- I will NOT be liable for any loss of earnings you may suffer whilst your site is offline during 
any work undertaken.

By accepting my services YOU FULLY AGREE  that I have the right to view your information & you have 
accepted these terms.
